Flash storage solutions company, SanDisk Corportation has launched a new wireless mobile flash drive, SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick in India, by expanding its mobile storage portfolio with wireless mobile flash drive.
This new SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick will let you transfer and access photos and videos between mobile devices and computers, enabling easy sharing. The new SanDisk drive can store up to a higher capacity of 128 GB. It will initially be available on Flipkart and then on the other channels in phased manner by the end 2015.
The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick can be connected to the smartphones, tablets and computers and it lets users to wirelessly access media or transfer large files, save them and share photos or videos or even stream HD videos and music to and from mobile devices.
It can support single stream for up to 4.5 hours on charge. Users can instantly transfer files to computer by connecting the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick. The device features an app, the SanDisk Connect app, which aids in managing the content between users' devices including iOS and Android devices and also the Amazon's Kindle Fire tablets Macs and PCs via password-protected Wi-Fi connectivity. The app also comes with features like auto-back up of photos and videos from the camera roll to the drive, and it is available for download on App Store, Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore for Android.
Coming to the price, the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick costs Rs 2790, Rs 3790, Rs 5490 and Rs 9490 for 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB respectively, and comes with a two year warranty.
