I am battling with Crohn’s and have been on any and all drugs available. Symptoms have ranged from mild to severe enough for a hospital visit. Liking for a way to get my life on track without adding more pills or side effects to my life. Found this book to be very interesting and informative. He doesn’t just give the information, he also explains why. Will definitively give some of the suggestions a try.
