I’ve just finished my house/office move and as a result my Internets are partially down, which perfectly explains the quizzical lack of updates since launch. And yeah, the Kindle edition is now available, better late than never. I’ll try getting some free coupons or whatever they call them on Amazon and Smashwords. There’s also a 30% free sample copy there as well.
I’m also going to try fleshing out the Smashwords profile and Kindle profile and GoodReads (isn’t that the same thing now that Amazon has bought them?) and Library Thing, um, thing and the fifty other sites trying to kill authors with self-promotion overwork while attempting to make themselves the next dotbomb, privacy-robbing, social media whoring, pump-and-dump, soon-to-be-Amazon-owned, time vampire which, by the way, is probably not happening for them but it sure won’t stop them for wasting everyone’s time anyway. I’ll let you know how my marathon effort at duplicating effort across half the sites on the Internets turns out if it turns out anything other than utter rubbish.
Once settled and supplied with a proper allocation of Internets I’ll get some reviewers copies, and the ol’ mother site will be reformatted and I’ll go through my personal slush pile for unsolicited review fodder. In theory, this should be sort of fun. In reality, I’m probably going to have another meltdown, but I’ll try to make it as non-disruptive to your literary experience as possible. I’m thinking some of these updates will drop this coming before my next meltdown or next week, whichever comes first. Until then enjoy the apocalyptic, tree-killing, freak weather and get off my lawn.
