I am preparing for the weekend deluge from tropical storm Karen. I went grocery shopping at Walmart this morning after taking Little Dude to school. There was about two feet of empty space on the shelf where Vienna sausage was supposed to be. I guess lots of people like it. I got the most important items: gluten-free cookies, jams, and chocolate dusted almonds. Yes, of course I got water. Now I’m going to have to get grain for my chickens.
