You can delete them from the device, so they do not take up memory.
But it doesn’t seem possible to delete their image from the carousel. Anything you’ve purchased and used sticks there forever as far as I can tell.
This definitely needs to change. Hopefully Amazon will update that soon. Just put one image for Archived stuff at the end, and let you move stuff in and out of there as you wish.
