The Spindrift Press ‘Midsummer Madness’ campaign to distribute all four of John Joyce’s novels FREE on Kindle for the benefit of our readers recently was a great success – with 3,039 Kindle editions being downloaded across the various Amazon outlets worldwide.
John Joyce – who is currently putting the finishing touches to his next novel Masterpiece – was delighted with the response. “The Amazon KDP Select scheme of allowing publishers a limited amount of time to offer their Kindle editions free across their platforms worldwide is a great way of raising an author’s profile in what is a very crowded marketplace,” he said. “I’m deeply impressed that over 3,000 people are now reading my books who may never have had the chance to even be aware of them before. The landscape of publishing is changing at an incredible pace and I’m glad to be part of it.”
