If you like hearing a type writer type of sound when using your Kindle Fire, you can turn on this feature using the following directions:
Slide your finger from the top of your Kindle Fire screen down toward the bottom to display the Quick Settings menu.
Tap “More” in the quick settings menu, then tap on “Language and Keyboard” on the “Settings” menu.
Tap on “Keyboard”, then on “Keyboard Settings”.
On the “Keyboard Settings” screen, tap to turn on the setting, “Sound on keypress”
Now, when you type on your kindle, you will be able to hear each keypress.
