Meredith is a wife, mother, attorney, blogger and nutcase who found triathlon by complete accident. After a year of tri-ing, she completed four sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, a handful of 5ks and 10ks, and Ironman 70.3 Miami in October 2011 (at the speed of turtle).
