My daughter is interested in purchasing a Kindle Touch but is getting conflicting information about what format books can be downloaded on to it.
She has been told that only Amazon puchased ebooks can be put on the Kindle Touch. Is this correct?
She has a lot of legal ebooks from Project Gutenberg on the computer and wants to be able to read these on the Kindle Touch. Has anyone with an Australian purchased Kindle Touch been able to successfully upload their own DRM-free ebooks from their computer onto a Kindle Touch? These are DRM-free mobi. and pdf file ebooks.
Am looking for people's personal experiences as I know a lot of you use Kindle's. Any input is very much appreciated.
