Amazon Kindle Stores in Japan to Tackle Rakuten’s Kobo Touch Reader in October

New Delhi: After Wall Mart announces about stopping sales of Amazon’s Kindle and Kindle Fire tablets recently, Amazon dropped in dilemma and started thinking of opening own stores.

A recent report published in Japan’s Nikkei business daily stated that Amazon is going to open its custom stores in Japan within a few weeks. Initially Kindle e readers will be available for sale and the other devices will be added later.

Japan’s domestics brand Rakuten has launched a tablet for just $99 named Kobo Touch Reader which may be the major rival for Amazon’s Kindle. Amazon is planning to take advantage of some of the bugs reported early in Kobo touch reader and mainly targeting to concentrate on the speed of the device.

Amazon will have to get a positive talk initially as many negative reviews are available about its rival Kobo Touch Reader.

Hope Amazon continues its sales streak through its stores in Japan that are expected to be inaugurated in October.Amazon in Japan
